We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. The Housing Bureau will not be able to guarantee rooms after Wednesday, 30 November 2005.

Discounted group rates are available. Please contact the Housing Bureau for further details.

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel.

Payment

A hotel deposit equivalent to one night accommodation must accompany the hotel booking form to confirm your reservation. The balance of the accommodation account is payable before departure at the hotel.

The Housing Bureau accepts bank transfer, checks and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard only). Please use the accompanying HOTEL BOOKING FORM.

Cancellation

Cancellations/changes must be made through fax to:

-Prior to 1 December 2005 = full refund less $ 50 handling fee
-From 1 December 2005 until 3 February 2006 = 50 % refund
-After 3 February 2006 = no refund
